Troubleshooting:  Are you receiving a “class code invalid” response?

This is most likely because you are trying to join our classroom using your school account, which will most likely be a GSuite Education account (ending with something like @myschool.edu).

We have enabled external users to enter our classroom, however, your school will have a GSuite account administrator who will need to allow users in your school domain to have access to “Any G-suite class”.

Your administrator for G-Suite can find instructions to this here, also copied right:

Alternatively, you may decide to create or use a personal Google account to access our classroom without any input from your school G-Suites administrator.

Please know that Sustainable Schools will not use or share these private email accounts.
