Operational Procedure for Booking the Waste Audit Kit for Schools/ECEs

Due to the limited availability of the kit, we will only be able to deliver it to one school per day during the available working days from 15 March to 12 May. To avoid the rush hour and limited parking space around schools in the morning, we have scheduled the delivery and pickup times for the kit during off-peak hours, from 10:00-10:15 am for delivery and 9:15-9:30 am on the following morning for pickup. This will allow the school to keep the kit for about 24 hours, ensuring that it is available for other schools in the following days and avoiding any inconvenience caused by peak traffic.

We understand that the limited delivery and pickup times for our waste audit kit may cause inconvenience for some schools. However, we want to assure you that we are committed to ensuring that all schools have access to the kit and can complete their audits within the available time frame.

If you have any specific delivery and pickup time requests that would better suit your school’s schedule, please feel free to leave a message for us during your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a convenient time for both parties.

The general booking procedure is as below:

  1. Check the calendar on our website for available delivery dates.
  2. Please make your booking at least one week prior to the desired booking date.
  3. Fill out the online booking form on our website with all necessary information, including the name of the school/ECE, the contact person, email address, phone number, and delivery address. Once you have completed the form, submit it.
  4. On the delivery date, our team will arrive at the school/ECE between 10:00 am – 10:15 am to drop off the kit. If you are unavailable to receive the kit, please inform us to leave it at your reception.
  5. On the following morning (the pick-up date), the teacher should get the kit ready before 9 am for our team to pick it up. We will pick up the kit between 9:15 am and 9:30 am. If you are not available during the pickup window, please leave the kit at your reception.
  6. The school/ECE will be responsible for any loss or damage to the kit while it is in their possession. Please ensure that the kit is returned in the same condition it was received, with all components accounted for. If there are any issues or concerns, please contact us at nigel.pestfreehowick@gmail.com immediately.
  7. Before the kit is ready to be picked up, it will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for delivery to the next school/ECE.
  8. If the school/ECE needs to cancel or reschedule the delivery, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Thank you for helping us promote waste reduction and sustainability in our community.
